HR Generalist Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Perform high-quality tuning and installation of aftermarket performance parts, including but not limited to engine management systems, turbochargers, superchargers, exhaust systems, suspension components, and brakes.
● Install, wire, and tune electronic fuel injection systems
● Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues effectively.
● Collaborate with customers to understand their performance goals and provide expert recommendations on suitable aftermarket upgrades. Provide labor and time estimates for each job.
● Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
● Conduct performance tests and dyno tuning to optimize vehicle performance and ensure maximum horsepower and torque gains.
● Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automotive tuning and performance modifications.
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
● Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing detailed explanations of installed components and their benefits.
● Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly, including parts used, labor hours, and any additional recommendations.
● Assist with general shop duties and other tasks as needed.
