Responsibilities:
- Build long term partnerships with customers as well as bring in additional business, building knowledge base and book of business.
What We Need From You Job Duties and Requirements:
- Take incoming phone calls, support walk-in customers, and internet leads to build their book of business.
- Create your own business including joint meetings with the Outside Rep (when applicable), attending trade shows, and “cold calling”.
- Work with the team to maintain coverage for the showroom, phone calls, and timely response to internet inquiries.
- Ability to quote all types of pricing structures and offer all financing options
- Proficient knowledge regarding Extended Service Plans, Prepaid Maintenance Plans, GAP, etc. and spec a truck from the ground up.
- Reporting sales, claiming fleet and retail incentives, paying upfit invoices.
- Cross train with support staff to provide additional support as necessary.
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
- Knowledge of dealership, fleet/commercial, indirect auto finance industry operations and reporting and analytics
- Previous experience working with fleet leases / commercial sales required
- We're seeking a professional with a proven track record of success within a sales environment; experience in selling General Motors products is a plus
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with less than 9 points to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
- High school education or equivalent
