What We Need From You, Job Duties and Requirements:
- Process all warranty service claims for Ford/R2B
- Ensure warranty service claims are paid.
- Check each warranty claim and ensure it is correct, and the claim amount is covered before service advisors close claims.
- Post daily payments/statements from Ford for warranty claims.
- Aid in accounting work surrounding warranty, customer pay and internal claims.
- Prepare completed service department repair orders for customers
- Review all aspects of each repair order: write up quality, technician story, warranty eligibility, responsible payor, and correct billing.
- Complete a valid and manufacturer compliant document; determining what was done, who is paying for the repair, and how much is the flat rate technician being paid.
- You will be a part of a team of dedicated employees doing their best to ensure correct pay to the technician, proper accounting for the department, and quick service for the customer.

Essential Job Functions:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with less than 9 points to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
- High school education or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred.
