Tracir Financial Services is a Subprime Automotive Finance Company in Reynoldsburg Ohio seeking a Bilingual Customer Service/Collection Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for collecting and negotiating payment arrangements on past due automobile loans and general customer service inquiries. Collections/Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Negotiation payment arrangements on past due auto loans
• Provide information about products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Collections/Customer Service Representative Qualifications :
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Collections, Sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma
