What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Provide excellent customer service by listening and asking questions to get the correct part in a timely fashion for the customer
  • Greet all customers promptly and in a professional and timely manner
  • Recommend related parts that are needed to complete a service job
  • Follow-up with the customer during the process to let them know when the specific part for their repair job will be in
  • Assist wherever necessary with delivery drivers with their orders and routes
  • Maintain a proper filing system for all repair orders, special orders, backorders, wholesale estimates, etc.
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

  • 2-3 years in automotive parts environment preferred, but not required
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with other departments and maintain a calm, helpful demeanor
  • Must be able to work nights and Saturdays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds
