We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of damage, including dents, scratches, and structural damage. You will work closely with our team to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Perform body repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair structural damage to vehicles.
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, and other components.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Paint and refinish vehicles using spray guns and other painting equipment.
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair status and timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Body Shop Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in repairing and refinishing vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and materials.
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less.
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm and occasional Saturdays
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
